CorporateKey will comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding safety of products we sell. We will meet applicable recognized voluntary industry standards for our products and processes.
We ensure that all product(s) provided by CorporateKey adhere to all applicable U.S. regulations, mandatory standards, and bans. It is our policy to alert when a product is not in compliance with any regulation, standard or ban including but not limited to the following: CPSIA, FDA, State of California Proposition 65, TPCH, CE, REACH, and RoHS.
We have documented process management in place to ensure product safety.
Safety hazards shall be considered in pre-production to eliminate potential design based risks.
Materials will be reviewed and tested as appropriate to ensure use of restricted substances is minimized, eliminated or when necessary, fully disclosed. A copy of an industry recognized list of restricted substances will be provided upon request.
Product Regulatory Compliance
Goods are being produced and checked for quality in conjunction with a compliance checklist.
We have product testing specifications and procedures documented and in place with applicable tests results available upon request. We will make available (at request) material safety data sheets (MSDS) for production materials; and a documented production testing plan ensuring that no material or structural changes take place during the production process.
A recall process is in place and is documented.
We will not exert undue influence on testing laboratories to alter test methods or test results that serve as the basis for certifying a product’s compliance under federal law.
